Picxor Audio Converter supports MP3, AAC, OGG, WAV, FLAC, M4A and OPUS as both input and output. You can choose bitrate (32k to 320k for lossy formats), sample rate (original, 44100Hz, 48000Hz, 22050Hz or 16000Hz) and channels (stereo or mono).
FLAC is lossless and MP3 is lossy, so converting FLAC to MP3 always involves some quality reduction. However at 320kbps MP3, the difference is inaudible to most people. If preserving maximum audio quality matters, keep the FLAC or convert to WAV instead.
