By accessing or using Picxor at picxor.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Picxor provides free browser-based tools for processing image, PDF, video and audio files. All processing occurs locally in your browser. Picxor operates no file storage, no user accounts, and no server-side processing infrastructure.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use Picxor for any lawful purpose. You may NOT use Picxor to:

• Process files containing illegal content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack or disrupt the service
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service
• Circumvent any technical measures we implement

4. Intellectual Property

The Picxor name, logo, design and code are owned by Picxor. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them without written permission.

Your files remain entirely yours. Picxor claims no rights over any files you process using our tools. Since files never reach our servers, we have no access to them whatsoever.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

IMPORTANT — REQUIRED FOR ADSENSE:

Picxor is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Results of using the tools will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the service will be corrected

You use Picxor entirely at your own risk. Always keep backups of important files before processing them.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Picxor shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental or consequential damages
• Loss of data or file corruption
• Loss of profits or business interruption
• Damages arising from use or inability to use the service

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed zero dollars, as Picxor is provided free of charge.

7. Advertising

Picxor displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. These ads are clearly identifiable as advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

Clicking on advertisements may take you to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or accuracy of those sites.

8. Privacy

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of Picxor after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court at our discretion.
